The Henderson Family is absolutely awesome! I have LOVED getting to know them better and spending so much time working with them this summer. They have been on with Aid Sudan for the last three years, and they have pretty much set everything up here on the African side of things. I went on the Nasir trip with Kerry last summer, which was a lot of fun, and then had the priviledge of working with him all summer on radio programming. Neltia is an amazing woman who completely keeps things running at their house and home schools their three sweet boys...not to mention that she is an incredible cook! The boys, Drayton, Isom, and McCain, are some of the best-behaved boys I have ever met...not to mention they are incredibly funny!
We (Grace and I) did the shoot out at Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort outside of Kampala. Munyonyo is reportedly where the Queen of England stays when she comes to visit Uganda...so it's a pretty nice place! The shoot was my gift to the Hendersons for all of their help and hospitality this summer, as well as a workshop for Grace just to see how I run a photo shoot. Tons of fun!
